Management Capability Development Index (MCDI)
The Management Capability Development Index was first conceived by the New Zealand Institute of Management in 2003 (then known as the Management Capability Index) and has been conducted by several member nations of AAMO since then. The survey focusses on 10 parameters of management capability including Visionary and Strategic Leadership; Performance Leadership; People Leadership and (self-) development; Financial Leadership; Organisation Capability; Application of Technology and Knowledge; External Relationships; Innovation & Adaptability; Integrity, Trust & Corporate Governance and Focus on Getting Results.
