Programme Overview

The Young Managers’ Program (YMP) is designed to inspire the participants with the best leadership practices through a series of corporate visits and engagements, covering topics such as technology, innovation and entrepreneurship.

25 November 2024

  • Programme Orientation
    The program began with a thought-provoking orientation session by Chief Trainer Mr. Fletcher Ng, President of OASA. He shared insights on technology and innovation and discussed the concept of smart cities.
  • Corporate Visit to MGM Macau and MGM Cotai
    Representatives from MGM Macau and MGM Cotai introduced their art collection and hosted a visit to the "The Maritime Silk Road" exhibition at Poly MGM Museum.

  • Corporate Visit to Creality
    Representatives from Creality demonstrated 3D printing technology and its retail market applications, showcasing how they are making this cutting-edge technology accessible and impactful for individual consumers.

27 November 2024

  • CEO Sharing Session by Mr Andy C Bien
    Mr. Andy C. Bien, a veteran in Hong Kong's ICT industry, shared his extensive business and management experience and views on smart city development in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
  • Corporate Visit to Qianhai
    The visit to Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub highlighted government-backed initiatives supporting startups and nurturing innovative talent.
  • Corporate Visit to ASTRI
    Representatives from ASTRI demonstrated how R&D applications are driving advancements in smart city solutions.

  • Group Presentation
    The program concluded with a dynamic group presentation session, where delegates shared innovative ideas and practical applications for smart city development.
